As students become involved in learner-centered experiences, they will need to develop time-management skills. By developing time-management techniques in school, students will be better prepared for the workforce. Time spent working with students to develop timelines, task lists or checklists at the onset of a project will help students meet project deadlines and help them develop important time-management skills. With a timeline or task list, students are more likely to stay on-task, which in turn helps with behavior management. Technology can be used as a tool to aid with both time and behavior management.
